It is registered under Bombay public charitable trust act, 1950 with charity commissioner of Gandhinagar. Its registration No is E/-1238 Gandhinagar dated 2nd January 2006. The trust has acquired 18.24 Acre land for professional education purpose. It runs other institutes.
