Pushpagiri College of Dental Sciences was started in the year 2006 with an annual intake of 50 students. The Department of Health & Family Welfare Government of India, through the Dental Council of India, recognizes this institution. The College is affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala.
Pushpagiri College of Dental Sciences is a professional institution where a student is trained according to the needs of the society to become a competent dental surgeon. A student, here, is provided with deep knowledge to treat dental and oral aliments with the help of five-year comprehensive course of Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S). Each department at Pushpagiri College of Dental Sciences has a dedicated team of faculty members who train students by organizing academic lectures, projects, workshops and hands on training.
