ASSO CET 2015 Application Form Released

  • AMUPMDC has released the application form for Associate Common Entrance Test (ASSO CET). The application form was released today, on March 23rd, 2015 and aspirants may submit it before April 25th, 2015. On the other hand, the last date to submit the application fee is till April 30th, 2015. The examination will be held on May 17th, 2015.

    Aspirants who meet eligible criteria are welcome to apply, for this national level examination. Below mentioned are the full details of the same:-

    a)      The Candidate should be older than 17 years, as on December 31st, 2015.

    b)      Also, He/ She must have qualified 10+2 examinations, from a recognized Board, with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as core subjects. Apart from this, it is mandatory that candidates should have acquired an aggregate of 50% marks (40% for SC/ ST candidates) in PCB.

    c)       Candidates ensuring eligibility will be able to fill the form online. It is important that all the information in the form should be authentic and updated. Misleading or false details will lead to rejection of the application form. Also, every area of the form should be filled; else it will again lead to rejection.

    d)      Candidates will also have to upload photograph and signature, in the prescribed format and generate a password. After completing all the formalities of application filling, a system generate application number will be allocated to the candidates.

    e)      To conclude the application procedure, candidates will have to remit the application fee as well. It can be remit via challan, at any branch of the State Bank of India. The requisite amount of fee is Rs. 3000.

    ASSO CET 2015 will be conducted to fill 7040 Medical seats. Distribution of seats, as per the courses is as below:

    Course- Seats

    a)      MBBS- 600

    b)      BDS- 1700

    c)       Ayurvedic- 21400

    d)      B.P.TH-490

    e)      B.Sc.- 2110

    Total- 7040

    The exam will be held in afternoon session, from 2:00 p.m. To 5:00 p.m. There will be 200 multiple choice questions in it. In both Physics and Chemistry there will be 50 questions each, whereas, in Biology section 100 questions will be presented. For marking correct answer, 1 mark will be allocated and the negative marking will not be applicable.
