"Proposals of about 40 new courses were put in the academic council meeting. "Various departments have sent us the requirement in terms of faculty, non-teaching staff and infrastructure to begin the new courses. If the university meets the demands, all courses will commence from this year," said Pandey.

Furthermore,  the university is planning two new schools, namely, school for visual art, and school for education. The university is already running eight schools with the total of 22 departments. To be in par with industry, the university will also start MBA in marketing management and MA\MSc in fashion technology.

"In all courses, one additional seat will be added which is for the students coming from BPL families. This will encourage the students interested in studies," said Pandey
