DAVV Indore, the school of life sciences, has planned a lecture series wherein it will invite distinguished scientists for lectures. These renowned scientists will perform lectures on 19th and 20th of March, 2013 at school of computer science and IT auditorium, Takshshila campus.
The programme includes a series of lectures by distinguished scientist lecturers, told Dr Suresh Chand, the head of school of life sciences. As is the schedule of lectures, the main guest speakers on March 19 will be Professor Paramjit Khurana from University of Delhi South campus, New Delhi and Professor TR Sharma from IARI, New Delhi. Professor AK Tyagi, director, national institute of plant genomic research, New Delhi will be the chief guest on the occasion.
In the second phase of the lecture series, Professor RK Kohli from Punjab University and Prof LC Rai from BHU will be the guest speakers. Dr. DP Singh, the vice chancellor, will be heading the function. All in all, this programme is for these guests, who are nationally renowned scientists, to cover the latest trends in the world of contemporary agriculture science.
