The Joint Entrance Exam (JEE- Advanced) 2015 will be led on May 24th, 2015. As per the notification released by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the applicants can start the application process from May 2nd to May 7th, 2015.
The applicants who did not seek JEE Advanced at first, can even now enroll.
Eligibility criteria for JEE (Advanced) 2015:
a) Class 12th examination: Only those aspirants can seek JEE (Advanced) 2015, who appeared up for Class 12th examination in 2015 or 2014. The applicants who appeared for the 12thboard exams in 2013 or earlier, are not eligible.
b) JEE (Main) 2015: The applicants who will meet the cut-off might be qualified for showing up in JEE (Advanced) 2015. The reservations of the applicants who will be chosen for different classifications will be: 50 percent for general, 27 percent for OBC-NCL, 15 percent for SC and 7.5 percent for ST.
c) Age limit: The candidate must not exceed the age limit of 25 years.
d) The number of attempts: The candidates are only permitted to attempt JEE (Advanced) two times and that too in consecutive years. Therefore, this must be your first attempt or second consecutive attempt.
e) Prior confirmations: The applicant won't be qualified if the hopeful acknowledged confirmation in Indian Institute of Technology or Indian School of Mines. Indeed, even the applicants who wiped out their confirmations are not qualified.
a) The candidates must register themselves online from May 2nd to May 7th, 2015.
b) The examination will be held on May 24th, 2015.
