The registration process for the ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test 2015 (IBSAT 2015) started on Wednesday, August 5 and will continue till Saturday, December 5, 2015. IBSAT 2015 for admission into nine IBS campuses will be held from Tuesday, December 15 to Wednesday, December 30, 2015.
The application form is common for admission into Master of Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management (MBA/PGPM) programs at IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Bengaluru, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Hyderabad, IBS Dehradun, IBS Jaipur, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai and IBS Pune as well as the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program (full-time/part time) at IBS Hyderabad.
Aspirants can apply online by click here and providing their personal as well as contact details. On submission of the details the aspirants will be guided to the payment page. On payment of requisite amount, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail ID provided by the candidates. The registrant will receive the hard copy of the IBSAT bulletin within one week. The IBSAT bulletin is also available at the marketing offices. Aspirants may locate their nearest branch by click here and can purchase the bulletin by paying the requisite application fee in cash.
Aspirants have to download the instructions for filling the online application form. They have to log in with the application number as login ID and password using the link www.ibsindia.org/ibsat2015 and fill the application form. For offline applicants, the application number and the password are available on the scratch card. For online applicants, upon successful payment of Rs 1,600, candidates will receive a mail giving details of application number and password.
Prior to filling the online application, aspirants have to refer the eligibility criteria (click here). Moreover, they have to have a valid e-mail ID, telephone number and address, which should be valid throughout the admission process. The mark sheets of Class X, Class XII, graduation and other professional qualifications have to be kept ready for calculating the percentage of marks. The percentage obtained is to be calculated as per the practice followed by the board/university/institution from where the candidate graduates.
If academic institutions offer Grade Point Average (GPA), they need to be converted into percentage score as per the conversion scheme of that institution. If an institution does not have a conversion scheme for GPA, the equivalence has to be calculated by dividing obtained Cumulative GPA (CGPA) by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying by 100.

The last date to apply with Common Admission Test (CAT)/Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT)/NMAT by GMAC™ score is Thursday, December 31, 2015. If the CAT/GMAT/NMAT by GMAC™ Results are announced in January 2016, candidates should still apply by December 31, 2015. However, candidates will get the provision to update their scores online on or before Sunday, January 31, 2016. On updation of scores, the selection process call letter will be issued in the month of January, 2016.
