The application forms can be obtained from 44 designated branches of the Indian Bank. The application form can also be submitted online at . The last date for the submission of the filled-in-applications for most of the programmes is April 25, 2011. The university will admit students to around 85 courses through 48 common entrance tests. Three new courses — MBA (Financial Market), BBA (Financial Market) and MBA (Hospitality Management) will be started from this year.
To prevent any cases of impersonation during the entrance tests or counselling, the varsity has also introduced a slew of measures. “From this year, the applicant has to fill the admission form in his or her own handwriting which will be further cross-checked at various stages of the admission process,” said vicechancellor Dilip K Bandyopadhyay. He added, “The applicants will be required to paste a bigger colour photograph with a white background on the form.”
