The fourth round seat acceptance and online reporting for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) aspirants has been extended till 5 pm on Tuesday, July 28, 2015. The fourth round seat allocation was published by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority 2015 (JoSAA 2015) on Wednesday, July 22, 2015. Earlier, seat acceptance for Round 4 was scheduled to be held from Thursday, July 23 to Sunday, July 26, 2015.
The first-ever joint admission process is being conducted by JoSAA 2015 for 87 premier institutes, including 18 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), the Indian School of Mines Dhanbad (ISM Dhanbad), 31 National Institutes of Technology (NITs), 18 Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) and 18 other Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs).

Fees: According to the website, reporting against the allotted seat is mandatory, otherwise the allotted seat will be cancelled. For aspirants under the General and Other Backward Classes-Non Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL) categories, the seat acceptance fee is Rs 45,000, while for those under the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories, the fee is Rs 20,000.
Aspirants need to visit the JoSAA 2015 website to view the seat allotment result (Round 4) and pay acceptance fee. Moreover, candidates can access information on the number of Preparatory candidates allotted for IITs/ISM in Round 4, along with the institute codes and institute names,
