Maharashtra B-Schools in trouble, HC stays MBA admissions in private colleges

  • The Bombay high court in an interval request on Thursday stayed admissions to MBA courses. Listening to petitions filed by MBA candidates grumbling for abnormalities in the MBA Common Entrance Test 2015, a division seat of Justice V M Kanade and Justice M Sonak requested that private universities not continue with conceding understudies.

    The state branch of technical education had all alone stayed admissions to MBA courses in its universities after the aspirants approached the high court. The HC has planned the becoming aware of the matter recorded before diverse benches of the court in Mumbai, Nagpur and Aurangabad on April 28th, 2015.

    The MBA-CET for admissions to B-schools across over Maharashtra was directed over four groups a month ago on March 14 and March 15. The CET this year was damaged by controversy with aspirants whining of mass replicating, technical glitches and attendance chaos. The DTE had supposedly admitted to 59 questions over four groups of the exams that were void. The aspirants said that the different issues had influenced their scores.
