Ambedkar University, Delhi is reopening admissions for two of its postgraduate courses. With a few seats still left in MA sociology and MA history, the university is going to conduct entrance test for these courses on August 17 at its Kashmere Gate campus.
The last date for submitting the applications is August 16 while the result of the entrance test will be declared on August 19.These two courses had 35 seats in all. The other postgraduate courses have completed their intake. Earlier, the three-year-old university had also invited more applications for its seven undergraduate courses as not all seats could be filled.
The university, established by Delhi government, offers undergraduate courses in social sciences and humanities through its School of Undergraduate Studies. It had received 1,070 applications this time for its UG courses as compared to 200 last year.
